A beautiful mountain cycling holiday in the Himalayan foothills of Uttarakhand.
This 02 day cycling and camping excursion offers mountain cycling experience across easy ascents and a largely downhill route.
Logistics support is provided by a support vehicle, which transfers camping equipment, luggage of guests and rations.
The cycling route has very less traffic, and passes through small villages and forests

We would provide mountain bikes with features like aluminum alloy frame, alloy wheels, 21 speed shimano and disc brakes.
Apart from the mountain bikes, all associated gear like helmets, tents, sleeping bags, carry mats and kitchen arrangements would also be provided.

Day-wise Schedule [ Top ]
The duration of 02 days of this tour are organized as follows:
Day 01: Departure from Delhi by morning Dehradun Shatabdi Express.
Arrival at Dehradun railway station around 1 PM, meet our tour coordinator. Surface transfer to Haathi Pao road ( 25kms/01 hours ).
After a short briefing we start off on the mountain bikes. The route is a metalled road with very less traffic.
Cycling distance today is only about 8 kms over easy ascent and descent. Enjoy the camping experience, evening bonfires and serene atmosphere.
Day 02: After breakfast, we start the cycling trip. Today the distance is around 30 kms, and is largely a downhill trail.
Enroute we would experience some offroading, forest trails and expansive valleys. The trip would finish near Dehradun.
Transfer to Dehradun Railway station to board evening shatabdi express for Delhi.

What is included in our services?
Railway station transfers, Mountain bikes, helmets, jeep support for camping equipment and personal luggage, camping gear including tents, sleeping bags, comprehensive first aid kit,
cooking and mess arrangements, all meals.
What is NOT included in our services?
Train fares, Insurance of any kind, expenses of personal nature, alchoholic drinks,
anything not mentioned in the above schedule/program.
What has to be brought by the participant?
Personal torch, suitable clothing for mountain biking, sports footwear,
sun glasses/shades, cameras, sun protection/block cream, moisturiser, toilet kit etc.
Warm clothing would be needed from mid oct to mid march.
General Notifications:
- Participants would be required to sign an indemnity/disclaimer prior to trip start.
- No room service or any kind of special considerations/customizations is possible/provided.
- This is not a luxury trip. Participants should be willing to rough it out.
- Participants are expected to participate in camp activities like collecting wood, setting up tents etc.
- Weather disruptions may at times result in discomfort or unplanned adjustments.
- Toilets are tented, dry pit arrangements with western kind of w/c.

- Participants from Delhi are recommended to travel by the following trains:
+ Delhi to Dehradun: 2017 Dehradun Shatabdi
+ Dehradun to Delhi: 2018 Shatabdi Express ( evening )
Policy for Booking, Cancellation and Refunds:
- Tour needs to be booked at least 20 days in advance. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
- 75 % refund if cancellation happens 10 days prior to departure
- 50 % refund if cancellation happens 5 days prior to departure
