A beautiful mountain cycling holiday in the Himalayan foothills of Uttarakhand.
The 03 day tour offers mountain cycling experience with easy to moderate difficulty level.
Logistics support is provided by a support vehicle, which transfers camping equipment, luggage of guests and rations.
The cycling route has very less traffic, and passes through small villages, forests. One would get beautiful views of snow clad mountains, and vast valleys.

We would provide high end mountain bikes with features like aluminum alloy frame, alloy wheels, 21 speed shimano ( grip shift ) and disc brakes.
Apart from the mountain cycles, all associated gear like helmets, tents, sleeping bags, carry mats and kitchen arrangements would also be provided.

Day-wise Schedule [ Top ]
The duration of 03 days of this tour are organized as follows:
Day 01: Delhi-Dehradun-Kanatal-Dhanolti Departure from Delhi by overnight train.
Early morning arrival at Dehradun railway station, meet our tour coordinator. Surface transfer to Kanatal ( 75kms/04 hours ). After a short orientation and briefing, take a look at the mountain cycles, and adjust as per personal needs. The route is a metalled road with very less traffic. Cycling distance is about 18 kms across moderate ascent and descent.
We would pass through Dhanolti, and cycle a bit further where camp is established. Overnight at camp.
Day 02: Dhanolti-Bansigad near Haathi Pao/Mussourie Cycle a distance of about 35 kms. Enjoy beautiful views of snow clad Himalayan peaks around Dhanolti. Take mussourie bye-pass, and further pedal on the Haathi Pao road. Overnight camp.
Day 03: Bansigad to Dehradun Today the distance is about 35 kms, over largely downhill route. The road is partially metalled. We would pass through forests and fields to finish trip near
Dehradun. Further transfer to Railway station to board the evening Shatabdi express to reach Delhi by 10:45 PM.

What is included in our services?
Railway station transfers, Mountain bikes, helmets, spares and repair kits for mountain cycles, jeep support for camping equipment and personal luggage, camping gear including tents, sleeping bags, comprehensive first aid kit,
cooking and mess arrangements, all meals.
What is NOT included in our services?
Train fares, Insurance of any kind, expenses of personal nature, alchoholic drinks,
anything not mentioned in the above schedule/program.
What has to be brought by the participant?
Personal torch, suitable clothing for mountain biking, sports footwear,
sun glasses/shades, cameras, sun protection/block cream, moisturiser, toilet kit etc.
Warm clothing would be needed from mid oct to mid march.
General Notifications:
- Participants would be required to sign an indemnity/disclaimer prior to trip start.
- Minimum age for participation is 15 years.
- No room service or any kind of special considerations/customizations is possible/provided.
- This is not a luxury trip. Participants should be willing to rough it out.
- Participants are expected to participate in camp activities like collecting wood, setting up tents etc.
- People with past history/ailment of heart, asthma, epilepsy are recommended to take medical advice.
- Weather disruptions may at times result in discomfort or unplanned adjustments.
- Toilets are tented, dry pit arrangements with western kind of w/c.
Travel advisory
- Participants from Delhi are recommended to travel by the following trains:
+ Delhi to Dehradun: Overnight 2205 Dehradun AC Special
+ Dehradun to Delhi: 2018 Shatabdi Express ( evening )
Participants can also travel by A/C Volvo buses which ply from Delhi
Policy for Booking, Cancellation and Refunds:
- Tour needs to be booked at least 20 days in advance. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
- 75 % refund if cancellation happens 10 days prior to departure
- 50 % refund if cancellation happens 5 days prior to departure
