We strive to make your tour organizing as seamless and confidence filled as the experience of your participating in the tour itself.

Payment Options

To confirm your spot for a tour, you need to make a financial commitment in advance, so that the planning at our end can get consolidated well in time. There are several modes of payments that can be availed by you to do the needful.

  • We provide the facility for secure online payments through a payment gateway. All major domestic as well as international debit/credit cards, net-banking, BHIM/UPI etc are supported. This mode can be used on any of our tours page for a fixed departure. In case you are booking for a customized tour or for a group, we would send a custom link which can be used to do the payment through the payment gateway. After a successful transaction, you would immediately receive the payment receipt on email. A tax invoice will be emailed to you after the processing of the payment at our end.
  • Domestic Bank Transfers. For this, you would need to add our bank details as payee before making the transfer. Payment is quick and happens from the security of the interface of your bank’s online banking system. After making payment through this mode, you would need to communicate the payment details to us on email, so that we may track the same at our end. You would be sent a receipt and tax invoice after the amount has got reflected at our end. Our bank details are:

  • International Bank Transfers – SWIFT/Wire Transfers may be preferable to some of our International guests. All bank charges for the wire transfer would need to be borne by the customer. SWIFT code is: ICICINBBCTS ( The corresponding bank details can be obtained currency wise from https://www.icicibank.com/corporate/globaltradeservice/remittances.page ). Discuss with us on email when you are using this mode of payment.
  • Cash payments are usually discouraged by us as our meeting point would often be in the outdoors or at some destined pickup location. In case you are using a cash payment, we would designate a staff member and would communicate the same to you.
  • Cheque payments / demand drafts are now pretty much outdated and slow. We however support these as they being officially valid payment options. These instruments need to be sent to us well in time through speed post, registered post or courier. We would not be responsible for the instrument not reaching us in time for whatever reasons, as we can commence any confirmation of your tour only after the payment has got reflected in our bank. We would not suggest to use this mode in case there is any time bound booking or discount window.

Apart from the online payment gateway mode, all other modes described above would require you to open an interaction with us for a tour of your choice. This can be done using the query form on the respective tour page, or through email/phone or similar channels. After ascertaining the availability we would send you a notification to proceed further with the payment. After receiving the payment at our end, you would be sent a payment receipt and an invoice which completes the booking process.
