We have tried to make the payment process for your tour as convenient and safe as possible. Take a look at the following payment options:
This is the safest and most preferred payment option if you wish to pay from an Indian bank, within India. You would need to add our bank details as payee before making the transfer. Payment is quick and happens from the interface of your bank’s online banking system. After making payment through this mode, please communicate the payment details to us on email, so that we may track the same at our end. To choose this mode, get our bank details.
For International payments, this is most safest and preferred. Also known as wire transfer, the payment through this is through your bank. All bank charges for the wire transfer would need to be borne by the customer. After making payment through this mode, please communicate the payment details to us on email, so that we may track the same at our end. To choose this mode get our SWIFT details.
If you wish to pay through a payment gateway using your credit/debit card or net-banking, then choose this option. You would need to enter your ‘ORDER No’ to view your invoice payment details, and then you can proceed to make the payment in part or full. We do not store any card details. After finalizing the payment amount, we pass the control to the secure gateway of CCAVENUE for the financial transaction. Once completed, you would be reverted back to our page to view the final status of the transaction. The ‘ORDER No’ is mentioned in your invoice towards the bottom left side. No cash pickup facility is provided from our side. We usually discourage cash transactions. The exceptions are for walk-in guests who are booking a tour at our operating locations. This is subject to availability. All cash payments have to be completed in full prior to the start of the tour.
If you wish to make payments by cheque or demand draft, you need to send it to us ONLY by speed post, registered post or courier. The cheque/DD sent such, needs to be available to us at least 20 days prior to the departure date. Your participation would be confirmed only on clearance of such an instrument. In case of dishonored cheques, the bank charges would need to be borne by the customer. We would not be responsible for any lost posts or delayed delivery.
