How do I contact you for information regarding a particular tour ?
You can contact us from the query form attached at the end of each tour’s web-page. You can alternatively send us an email at sales@team4adventure.com, quoting clearly the tour description and the planned tour date along with number of participants. We would prefer an email correspondence at initial stage of a query, so that we can understand and answer you in detail.
What is the difference between a rafting expedition and rafting camp trip?
A rafting expedition is a self-supported trip. This implies that all our camping equipment, kitchen facilities, manpower everything travels along with the paddling team on separate cargo boats. After a day of rafting, we ground the rafts at an isolated beach, and go about establishing a camp. This routine is followed as we progress on a river journey, negotiating exciting rapids. How do I book a tour ?
You can start by first exploring from the various adventure tours offered by Team4adventure. If you are an individual then look at fixed departure dates. Once you have zeroed down on a tour and departure date which you work for you, send us a query from the web-page of the tour. Discuss with us, clarify anything that you need to, and once you are satisfied, request us an invoice. Based on this invoice you can proceed to make the payments, which would confirm your tour with us.
I got an excellent experience with Team4adventure. Do I need to tip ?
We discourage individual tipping to our staff, as it creates disparity, and we feel it reduces the self esteem and it also makes people expectant over a period of time.
If you wish to tip, you can do so by giving the tip amount to the designated tour leader of your trip. This would get evenly distributed among the entire team on the tour as per our staff policy.
Do you have group discounts ?
Our group discount policy is openly mentioned on various tours where it applies. Take a look, and discuss with us at time of booking so that the same can be offered to you.
Why is there a difference in prices between fixed departure and a-la-carte ?
We plan our fixed departures keeping in mind the best time of the season, and also plan our logistics movement accordingly. Fixed departures are planned as group tours, and hence are cost effective.
If you wish to do a tour which is not matching with our fixed departures, then we can discuss it, and offer with a-la-carte pricing.
I want to do a particular tour, but there is no fixed departure for it. What do I do ?
Individual travelers should only consider a fixed departure tour. If you are a small group of people seeking a tour, then discuss your dates and the tour with us. If you plan your tour well in advance, and if we feel that the dates can work for other guests as well, then we might even be able to put your date as a fixed departure, thus offering you the price advantage of a fixed departure and allowing other guests to enroll for the same. If we do not find your dates very suitable for majority of our guests, or if there is not enough time to invite more participation, then we can offer you the tour at a-la-carte pricing if you have the required group size as indicated on our web-page for that trip..
